On Repeat: Yuna – Chapters
I’ve known about Yuna since around 2012 when she was working with Pharrell Williams. Yuna is an Malaysian singer-songwriter whose making waves after hustling for so long with her latest album Chapters! It came out in late August but I only heard it this month (thanks to my bae Spotify) I’ve had this album on repeat the whole of September, her voice is beautiful and the lyrics are deep. 
She was actually in London last week performing and the tickets were cheap but I was too chicken to go to the concert alone.
This is DOPE Pop R&B album my favorite tracks being ‘Mannequin’, ‘Crush (featuring Usher)’ and ‘Lanes’.

New Discovery: Jinjja Cha Podcast
If you know me you know I love podcasts and I love discovering new ones to add to my collection hahaha so when my friend re-tweeted a link to a podcast called Jinjjacha I was like let me give this a listen and let me just say I have found a new FAVORITE PODCAST and my new spirit best friends.
It’s really hard to find people who can discuss K-POP objectively and be  real about the ish that happens! I’m not about this extreme fan girl life…MBLAQ A+ always, yes even though they have basically disbanded I will support them no matter what haha I have worn an MBLAQ ring everyday for many years now FACTS! (do not judge me) I digress. Girl Davis (@G_Davis86) and April (@PinkFashioNinja) are from the same generation of KPOP as me and understand the blessing of discovering Rain back in the day haha. They so dope and are ready to just say it how it is on any subject.

Always Classic: Adidas Originals Boyfriend T-Shirt With 3 Stripe
I have been loving Adidas clothing this September, It’s comfy Its causal and its classic! I’ve been wearing the Adidas originals t-shirt on jeans or with anything all moth, it runs a bit bigger than I would have liked but its a since boyfriend T-shirt it was to be expected. I actually got the matching Leggings too LOL love it!

Drinking Drama: Drinking Solo
Firstly, before I discuss this drama I just want to shout out Nana from Afterschool who played Kalinda Sharma in the Korean version of the Good Wife (which is my favorite show ever) She was amaze and I just wanted to commend her for that because I was like damn girl you can act.
I say all that to say this, I have kinda gotten back into watching K Dramas and I am currently watching Drinking Solo. This drama surrounds the lives of teachers and students prepping to enter university and how they like to drink after work. I’m still on episode three because I’ve been really busy and K Dramas take concentration to watch but thus far every episode has had me laughing.

Looking Forward Too: Luke Cage & Insecure
Luke Cage is here I am so excited for this! After watching Jessica Jones WE needed the Luke Cage story and we have been blessed, it’s Marvel and Mike Colter who is too fine; need I say anymore? Get ready to binge watch Luke Cage 30th September on Netflix.


Another show I’m looking forward too is Insecure! If you have not watched ‘Diaries of an Awkward Black Girl‘ on YouTube start there. I remember when the YouTube series first came out in 2011 I FINALLY felt like I has a black female representation I could relate too. Issa Rae is an inspiration, truly 5 years later and has her OWN show on HBO (so DOPE) It officially starts October 9th but the pilot episode streamed online this week! Issa Rae is just another DOPE example of what happens when you stay true to your goals, she inspires me and truly back in the day made me feel pretty being an awkward black girl.
