End of February is here…eish!
I was in my feelings at the start of the month and then really focused on getting into a good fitness routine. Monday and Tuesday are my dedicated workout days. Non-negotiable; unless I’m working overtime.
Did a 1REBEL ride and a Manor Sesh this evening and I’ve haven’t felt this happy internally in sooo long 🥲 FAAK these endorphins are amazing 🥺🥺

So thankful for the people I’m meeting in the fitness world. I’m such a NOOB but their discipline and focus and passion is sooo COOL to me 🍊🚴
FYI: I don’t really have a fitness goal weight, just wanna feel cute and be toned!
In the spirit of February being the month of LOVE or whatever, I’ll share this…I went on a date last week
…and I hope I haven’t flopped it. I’d like to see him again. It’s been a while since I felt giddy w/ butterflies lols…I really hope I ain’t flopped it. Send me positive vibes y’all I wanna take him for steak 🥺🥩
Anyways.
March: focus is to be disciplined.
